By accessing or using the services of Europe Consult (“Consultant,” “we,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Services Provided
Europe Consult offers a range of consulting services to assist clients in studying, working, and obtaining residence permits in Europe and other countries. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Initial consultation and document review
- Study and work assistance in Europe, the USA, Canada, and other regions
- Immigration guidance and legal support
- Business registration and setup assistance in Europe
Specific services will be agreed upon with the client prior to commencement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the Client and Europe Consult.
3. Fees and Payment
- Initial Consultation Fee: €50 for a one-on-one session, payable before the consultation.
- Package Fees: The price for specific service packages will be communicated in writing, and full payment must be made in advance.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the completion of services. Europe Consult is not liable for any delays or unsuccessful outcomes caused by the Client’s failure to provide correct information.
5. Confidentiality
Europe Consult is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and business information provided by the Client. Such information will only be used to fulfill the services requested and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the Client’s consent.
6. Service Delivery
We strive to provide timely, accurate, and reliable services. However, Europe Consult cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as changes in immigration laws, government processing times, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be provided based on the work completed at the time of cancellation, and certain non-refundable fees may apply depending on the stage of the service.
- Consultant Cancellation: Europe Consult reserves the right to cancel services and provide a refund if it is unable to perform the agreed services due to external factors or misinformation provided by the Client.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
Europe Consult provides professional advice and guidance but cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa, work permit, residency, or other applications. These outcomes depend on governmental authorities and factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Europe Consult is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability to the Client is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
11. Changes to Terms
Europe Consult reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
